Shipping rates varies depending on object and location. You will recieve a shipping quote in the email response of your order inquiry or at checkout.

As soon as your objects are on their way, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

If your object is damaged please reach out to info@studiozuiderveld.com including images of the damage.

We do not accept exchanges and returns of objects that are customised.

For other objects, we accept exchanges and returns within 14 days from receiving your object. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
